Targa Florio began as Kofola’s line of lemonades made with Sicilian citruses — a tribute to bold flavor, Mediterranean spirit, and the golden age of motorsport. Named after the iconic road race, it blends a spirit of heroism and adrenaline with the full, sun-drenched flavors of ripe fruit.

After a string of successful collaborations, Kofola a.s. brought us in once again - this time to expand Targa Florio’s universe.

Our mission: connect the brand’s heroic story and premium positioning to a new category of tonics, and adapt its identity for evolving formats and audiences.

IT GOT BIG: 1.33L BOTTLES

As Targa Florio expanded into larger retail formats, we extended the full 1.33L PET line—keeping the brand’s premium edge front and center, even in mass-market environments.

  • Designed a unified system for both lemonades and tonics that works seamlessly across the new format
  • Translated glass-bottle elegance into bold, high-impact PET
  • Used rich color fills, signature gold accents, and consistent layouts for strong shelf presence

We introduced a bold new lemonade flavor - Maracuja e Mandarino - expanding Targa Florio’s visual world with a deep, distinctive purple and pushing the palette into richer territory.

As the whole Targa Florio product line shifted to a sleeker, taller can format, it started to lose the premium feel of the original wide design. Kofola brought us in to bring that elegance back.

We recalibrated layout, spacing, and proportions for sleek formats - refining both lemonade and tonic cans to feel elegant, balanced, and unmistakably Targa.
